If you have a password-protected Account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your Account. The information that we ask you to provide to verify your identity will depend on your prior interactions with us and the sensitivity of the personal information at issue. Once we have verified your identity, we may ask you to confirm that you wish to have your personal information deleted. Once confirmed, we will respond to your request in accordance with the CCPA. LightIllusions provides the Services all across the world. D. Personal Information transferred outside China
Currently, we do nor transfer your Personal Information outside of Hongkong. However, if it is necessary to transfer your Personal Information outside of China, we will take all reasonable actions to ensure the compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for cross-border transfer of your Personal Information, including to complete the Personal Information protection impact assessment, to pass the security assessment, and to sign standard contracts, if necessary. When the Personal Information cross-border transfer is based on your consent, we will also inform you of relevant information in accordance with the law and obtain your separate consent for processing.
